Can my menu be amended if there is a need to do so?

Menu changes requests can be done via the menu management tool within the Vendor portal. Please note that a camera captured image of your latest dine in menu is required for price verification purposes. You may also edit your menu via your restaurant portal.

What is the average processing time for menu changes?

The average processing time is 2-3 working days, depending on the extent of the changes.

If there are technical issues with the devices, how long will it take for a replacement to arrive?

Please contact the partner service team via the live chat of Godroid or put up your request via the help centre in the vendor portal. Our friendly agent will advise you on troubleshooting the device or assist in sending you a replacement. If your device needs to be replaced, it  will be delivered within 3 working days.
