4) Billing

How long is your billing cycle? When will we receive our payment?

foodpanda will reconcile the monies with the Vendor and issue an invoice to the Vendor within 3 business days from the date on which the customer places an Order.

We are not a GST-registered company. Do we still have to pay for the GST?

Yes. As foodpanda is a GST registered company, GST will be applied based-off the commission rate on the order value.
